Pricing for coaching software has a problem: the models that are cheapest to start are the most expensive to grow on.
The two traps
Per-client pricing feels fair at first — pay only for what you use. But do the math at twenty clients and it quietly becomes a tax on doing well. Every client you add makes the tool more expensive, which means the tool is working against the growth it's supposed to support.
Feature-gated pricing has the opposite trap: the entry plan looks affordable until you realize the features that make coaching work — nutrition, check-ins, payments — live one tier up.
Seat pricing instead
We chose seat pricing instead. You pick a plan sized for your client list — Starter for up to 3 clients, Pro tiers from 5 to 200, Studio for teams — and every feature comes with it. No per-client meter running in the background, no paywalled tools.
The consequence is simple: your cost per client goes down as you grow. The plan price only moves when you cross into the next seat tier — and you decide when that's worth it.
It also makes the math legible. Before you subscribe, you can answer the real question — what does this cost me per client at my current size, and at the size I want to be? Compare that to a per-client model where the answer changes every time you win.
The client app is free
And because clients never pay anything — the client app is free — a seat is the only cost of adding a client. The seat is the whole cost of the relationship.
We'd rather sell you a plan you grow into than a meter you grow to resent.
